The jet setters at Concepts were busy, busy, busy last week.¬† With one team traveling to San Diego for the Response Expo and another team in Hong Kong for the Housewares Fair, they flew the friendly skies in pursuit of bigger and better direct response products. ¬†But did they find them?
"Response is always an exciting show to discover new products and network with current and potential clients, "says Kristy Pinand, VP, Sales and Marketing, Concepts TV. ¬†"But this year our excitement also stemmed from seeing our existing hits developing line extensions and launching into retail."
So as the San Diego team delighted in brand extensions, the Hong Kong team will tell you that they were just thankful for a good pair of shoes. ¬†In only the first day, they walked seven miles of showroom floor!¬† Forget the sneaks, girls, you need to get yourself some well-deserved foot massages!
All kidding aside, it sounded like a massive success.
‚“The Hong Kong housewares show is a place where visionaries from around the world collide in one magnificent city.¬† There were so many new products to see, it didn't feel like work,” gushed Collette Stohler, West Coast Regional Director, Concepts TV.
