Concepts Video Productions is awarded 1st Place Educational Video in New Jersey

The opioid crisis demands that we educate & engage our youth more effectively. Video is a powerful medium for reaching a younger audience.
Concepts Video produced The Model 3 Opioid Awareness Video on behalf of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) - New Jersey Division, as well as Skilz.org.
On September 14th the NJ Ad Club awarded Concepts Video 1st place for Educational Non-Broadcast Video in New Jersey.

Through powerful testimonials, the video highlights the power of peer to peer teaching, a cornerstone of the program. A young person is much more likely to take opioid advice from a peer than an adult. Therefore, optimizing youth’s understanding of the dangers of opioids is paramount. The video dives into “The 3 Must Knows” of The Model 3 Opioid Awareness Program: “What is an Opioid?”, “One Pill Can Kill”, and “The Good Samaritan Law.”

The 1st Place Educational Video Award credits Concepts Video as the production company, with Collette Liantonio as Creative Director/Copywriter, James Nolan as Editor/Copywriter, Jon Calderaro as Account Manager, and Marissa Ciancitto as Producer.

We’d like to thank our collaborators, Gary Bloore, Founder of the Program, as well as the DEA office and HIDTA, the NY/NJ High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas program.
